| From
the Head of Lower Primary |
| The
second half of the first semester was very busy with a lot
of fun activities and hard work going on. |
National
Day |
We
celebrated Oman’s National Day on the 18th November 2006 and
the children wore beautiful Omani dress to school. Everyone looked
splendid and showed a true pride in their country. |

Cross
Country Day |
Took
place on the 22nd November 2006. This is an enthusiastically anticipated
event and it was wonderful to see each and every child really trying
his or her best and running the course. The winners finished in
great times and showed athletic skills beyond their years. Everyone
earned points for their house team and fortunately injuries were
few and far between! |

Non-Uniform Day |
On
Monday 4th December 2006, the children were able to come to school
without their uniform. We had a wide variety of outfits and the
children all gave generously to support a handicapped childrens'
school in Oman. |
Following a relaxing break we are now well into our second semester and everyone is working hard to make this one as successful as the first.
With
all good wishes,
Emma-Kate
